Dear Mr. Wilson:

I have not received your client's Case Management Statement for the Conference set for tomorrow, August 29.

As you well know, I am aware of your habit of not properly serving legal documents in the cases the
Scientology cult has filed against me, and I have complained to you about that bad habit on a number of
occasions.

Since you have not served your client's statement on me by mail, will you please send me a copy by e-mail
today.

I will also take this opportunity to refer you to a recent exchange I had with one of Scientology's agents, whose
name I have been told is Gerhard Waterkamp.

It is likely that your cult client forwarded you a copy of this correspondence, because I sent it to the
Scientology organizations for which I had an e-mail address.

I believe that what I've written to Mr. Waterkamp is important to all Scientologists, and to yourself, because it
shows beyond any rational argument that what all of you are doing with me is a crime in violation of a number
of U.S. Federal criminal statutes. As a lawyer, obviously, you are already aware of this. As I point out, and as
you very well know, I cannot lawfully be silenced about what you are doing with me, since what you are doing
is a crime. Nor can I be silenced about being silenced about what you are doing. And so on.forever.

Isn't it long past the time that you should acknowledge that I cannot lawfully be silenced and that what you and
your client have been doing to silence me is a crime? The Scientology cult's, and your, ridiculous failure to
acknowledge this inarguable fact makes you appear, well.criminal.

Why don't the Scientology cultists make peace? Why don't they sue for peace? Because they're criminals. And
because they're criminals, of course, they cannot lawfully silence me about their criminal activities. You, of
course, get paid big bucks for your part in their criminal conspiracy, so you have a monstrous motive to keep
the conspiracy conspiring. Crime pays, right?

All of you have long since lost the battle with me. Everything you do only adds to the loss, adds to the
magnitude of this magnitudinous crime. The only way the Scientology cultists can silence me is to assassinate
me. I am very aware that they would not hesitate to do so if they thought they could get away with it. That's
why I say over and over and publicly that I am aware of their murderous hope. It's a tiny bit of protection. If
they were not hoping to have me obliterated, since they have so stunningly lost in their unlawful efforts to
silence me short of obliteration, why don't they send a peace party?

But even before then, why don't you send me your Case Management Statement?
